Art. 7 Abdeckung des Risikos durch Bankgarantie
Im Garantievertrag hat sich der Garant zur Erbringung jener Leistungen zu verpflichten, die dem Reisenden aus einem dem Art. 6 entsprechenden Versicherungsvertrag zustehen. Die Garantiesumme bestimmt sich nach Art. 5.
