§ 26. Taotluse rahuldamata jätmine
(1) Menetluses olevate taotluste kohta, mille rahaline maht ületab projektide rahastamise eelarve vaba jäägi, tehakse taotluse rahuldamata jätmise otsus. (2) Taotluse rahuldamata jätmise otsus saadetakse taotlejale § 25 lõikes 8 sätestatud korras.
