1 Die nach bisherigem Recht ausgestellten Ausweise für Instandhaltungspersonal behalten nach Inkrafttreten der Änderung vom 26. Februar 2025 ihre Gültigkeit. 2 Das BAZL kann sie unter den Voraussetzungen von Artikel 17 erneuern. Eingefügt durch Ziff. I der V des UVEK vom 26. Febr. 2025, in Kraft seit 1. April 2025 (AS 2025 175).
