Die Stadt Schaffhausen kann auf ihrem Gemeindegebiet neben den in § 1 lit. b i) und ii) KOBV erwähnten Bereichen zusätzlich alle davon nicht erfassten Tatbestände der Bussenliste 1 in Anhang 1, mit Ausnahme der Ziff. 303.1 bis 303.3 (Geschwindigkeitsüberschreitungen), und der Bussenliste 2 Anhang 2 der Ordnungsbussenverordnung (OBV, SR 314.11) ahnden.
