Art. 15 Frist für die Erstellung der Pläne
1 Die Kantone sorgen dafür, dass die Pläne nach Artikel 4 Absatz 1 innert dreier Jahre nach Inkrafttreten dieses Gesetzes erstellt werden. 2 Der Bundesrat kann diese Frist ausnahmsweise für einzelne Gebiete verlängern.
