Art. 9a Zurverfügungstellung von Geobasisdaten
1 Die Kantone stellen dem Bund die aktuellen Geobasisdaten zu ihren Fuss- und Wanderwegnetzen zur Verfügung. 2 Die Fachstelle des Bundes für Fuss- und Wanderwege kann Vorschriften über die qualitativen und technischen Anforderungen an diese Geobasisdaten erlassen. Eingefügt durch Anhang Ziff. 1 des Veloweggesetzes vom 18. März 2022, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2023 (AS 2022 790; BBl 2021 1260).
