Art. 16 Elektronische Beglaubigung einer elektronischen Signatur
Die Urkundsperson beglaubigt eine elektronische Signatur elektronisch, indem sie dem elektronischen Dokument das Verbal anfügt, wonach der Unterzeichner oder die Unterzeichnerin die elektronische Signatur: a. in Anwesenheit der Urkundsperson selber angebracht hat; oder b. als selber angebrachte elektronische Signatur anerkannt hat.
