Art. 17
1 Die Urkundsperson beglaubigt den Papierausdruck eines elektronischen Dokuments, indem sie ihm das Verbal anfügt, wonach er mit dem vorgelegten elektronischen Dokument oder dessen entsprechenden Teilen übereinstimmt. 2 Ist das vorgelegte elektronische Dokument elektronisch signiert, so überprüft die Urkundsperson die Signatur nach Artikel 14 Absatz 2. 3 Sie hält im Verbal das Prüfungsergebnis sowie allfällige in der Signatur enthaltene Attribute fest. 4 Sie datiert und unterschreibt den mit dem Verbal versehenen Papierausdruck nach dem anwendbaren Recht.
