(1) „Durchfuhr“ ist der einfache Verkehr von Waren, die aus dem Ausland durch das Erhebungsgebiet unmittelbar wieder in das Ausland verbracht werden und dabei im Erhebungsgebiet nur Aufenthalte haben, die in unmittelbaren Zusammenhang mit dem Transport stehen. (2) „Freier Verkehr“ im Sinne der Außenhandelsstatistik ist der Warenverkehr innerhalb des Zollgebietes der Europäischen Union von 1. Unionswaren und 2. Nicht-Unionswaren in der zollamtlich bewilligten aktiven Veredelung.
