§ 16 Bestimmungsland
(1) „Bestimmungsland“ ist das Land, in dem die Ware ge- oder verbraucht oder be- oder verarbeitet werden soll. Ist das Bestimmungsland unbekannt, so ist das letzte bekannte Land einzutragen, in das die Ware zum Zeitpunkt des Exports versendet oder ausgeführt werden soll. (2) Das Bestimmungsland ist mit den Bezeichnungen und Schlüsselnummern des Länderverzeichnisses für die Außenhandelsstatistik zu benennen, die in der Durchführungsverordnung (EU) 2020/1470 genannt sind.
