Vorleistungen werden auf die von der Bundesrepublik Deutschland nach §§ 32, 34 zu bewirkenden Leistungen angerechnet. Das gleiche gilt für Darlehen, die mit der Maßgabe einer Verrechnung nach Regelung der rückerstattungsrechtlichen Geldverbindlichkeiten des Deutschen Reichs gewährt worden sind. Die Anrechnung wird am 1. April 1956 wirksam; hat der Berechtigte Vorleistungen oder Darlehen nach dem 1. April 1956 erhalten, so wird die Anrechnung am Tag der Zahlung wirksam.
