§ 102 Amtszeit der Aufsichtsratsmitglieder
(1) Aufsichtsratsmitglieder können nicht für längere Zeit als bis zur Beendigung der Hauptversammlung bestellt werden, die über die Entlastung für das vierte Geschäftsjahr nach dem Beginn der Amtszeit beschließt. Das Geschäftsjahr, in dem die Amtszeit beginnt, wird nicht mitgerechnet. (2) Das Amt des Ersatzmitglieds erlischt spätestens mit Ablauf der Amtszeit des weggefallenen Aufsichtsratsmitglieds.
