§ 137 Abstimmung über Wahlvorschläge von Aktionären
Hat ein Aktionär einen Vorschlag zur Wahl von Aufsichtsratsmitgliedern nach § 127 gemacht und beantragt er in der Hauptversammlung die Wahl des von ihm Vorgeschlagenen, so ist über seinen Antrag vor dem Vorschlag des Aufsichtsrats zu beschließen, wenn es eine Minderheit der Aktionäre verlangt, deren Anteile zusammen den zehnten Teil des vertretenen Grundkapitals erreichen.
