§ 220 Wertansätze
Als Anschaffungskosten der vor der Erhöhung des Grundkapitals erworbenen Aktien und der auf sie entfallenen neuen Aktien gelten die Beträge, die sich für die einzelnen Aktien ergeben, wenn die Anschaffungskosten der vor der Erhöhung des Grundkapitals erworbenen Aktien auf diese und auf die auf sie entfallenen neuen Aktien nach dem Verhältnis der Anteile am Grundkapital verteilt werden. Der Zuwachs an Aktien ist nicht als Zugang auszuweisen.
