§ 257 Anfechtung der Feststellung des Jahresabschlusses durch die Hauptversammlung
(1) Die Feststellung des Jahresabschlusses durch die Hauptversammlung kann nach § 243 angefochten werden. Die Anfechtung kann jedoch nicht darauf gestützt werden, daß der Inhalt des Jahresabschlusses gegen Gesetz oder Satzung verstößt. (2) Für die Anfechtung gelten die §§ 244 bis 246, 247 bis 248a. Die Anfechtungsfrist beginnt auch dann mit der Beschlußfassung, wenn der Jahresabschluß nach § 316 Abs. 3 des Handelsgesetzbuchs erneut zu prüfen ist.
