§ 293g Durchführung der Hauptversammlung
(1) In der Hauptversammlung sind die in § 293f Abs. 1 bezeichneten Unterlagen zugänglich zu machen. (2) Der Vorstand hat den Unternehmensvertrag zu Beginn der Verhandlung mündlich zu erläutern. Er ist der Niederschrift als Anlage beizufügen. (3) Jedem Aktionär ist auf Verlangen in der Hauptversammlung Auskunft auch über alle für den Vertragsschluß wesentlichen Angelegenheiten des anderen Vertragsteils zu geben.
