§ 327d Durchführung der Hauptversammlung
In der Hauptversammlung sind die in § 327c Abs. 3 bezeichneten Unterlagen zugänglich zu machen. Der Vorstand kann dem Hauptaktionär Gelegenheit geben, den Entwurf des Übertragungsbeschlusses und die Bemessung der Höhe der Barabfindung zu Beginn der Verhandlung mündlich zu erläutern.
