Casi particolari e di poca importanza 1 Per usi particolari, più o meno intensivi, dell'area pubblica, non previsti dalla presente Ordinanza, la tassa viene fissata di volta in volta dal Municipio secondo la norma che più si avvicina al caso specifico. 2 Per casi di poca importanza la tassa periodica può essere trasformata in tassa unica.
