1 Für Ausführungsbewilligungen, Abnahme und Kontrollen werden die Gebühren im Rahmen der Verwaltungsgebühren-Verordnung und / oder des jeweils gültigen SSIV-Tarifes nach Aufwand verrechnet. 2 Die Kosten dieser Bewilligungen kann der Bewilligungsnehmer dem Bauherrn weiterbelasten, soweit sie nicht durch zusätzliche Nachkontrollen oder Nachprüfungen infolge mangelhafter Installationen oder ungenügender Ausführungsunterlagen verursacht sind.
