Art. 16 Tipologie di rapporto
a) Interno 1 Il raorto di tipo interno è allestito d'ufficio nell'ambito dei compiti generali assegnati al Controllo finanze dal Municipio. Sono trattati come rapporto di revisione interni anche quelli di controllo o tematici inerenti alle verifiche mirate a singole tematiche della gestione contabile. I citati rapporti sono trasmessi: al responsabile dell'entità e al rispettivo direttore di divisione; al Capo Dicastero cui è attribuita l'entità oggetto di revisione. 2 Il raorto di tipo interno può essere trasmesso, integralmente o in estratto, alle entità suscettibili di essere attivamente interessate dai riscontri in esso contenuti.
