Art. 14 Mitwirkung der Kantone und Gemeinden
1 Die Mitwirkung der betroffenen Kantone bei der Festlegung der Landesgrenze wird gewährleistet durch: a. die Einsitznahme von Vertreterinnen oder Vertretern in Grenzkommissionen; b. schriftliche Konsultation, wenn keine Grenzkommissionen eingesetzt werden. 2 Die Kantone gewährleisten die Mitwirkung der betroffenen Gemeinden.
