1 Das Bundesamt für Landestopografie bestimmt, für welche Geobasisdaten und Geodienste der Landesvermessung die Nutzung ohne Einwilligung zulässig ist. 2 Es legt insbesondere fest, welche Geobasisdaten der Landesvermessung als offene Verwaltungsdaten im Sinne von Artikel 28a GeoIV frei zugänglich und nutzbar sind.
