Das administrative Kontrollorgan untersteht einer Leiterin oder einem Leiter. Die Leiterin oder der Leiter verfügt über die Befähigung zum Richteramt. Sie oder er steht in einem Beamtenverhältnis zum Bund und ihr oder ihm wird ein Amt der Besoldungsgruppe B 6 übertragen.
