Gebühren – Grundsatz 1 Die für die Leistungen des LSVW erhobenen Gebühren umfassen: a) die Personalkosten; b) die Analyse- und Inspektionskosten; c) die Kanzleigebühren. 2 Die Gebühren werden gemäss dem Kostendeckungs- und dem Äquivalenzprinzip sowie gegebenenfalls im Tarifrahmen gemäss Bundesrecht festgelegt.
