Auf Grund der §§ 14 und 17 des Finanzausgleichsgesetzes, von denen § 14 zuletzt durch Artikel 2 Nummer 15 und § 17 zuletzt durch Artikel 2 Nummer 18 des Gesetzes vom 14. August 2017 (BGBl. I S. 3122) geändert worden ist, verordnet das Bundesministerium der Finanzen:
