Art. 6a Stellenausschreibung
1 PUBLICA schreibt offene Stellen öffentlich aus. 2 Sie kann auf die Ausschreibung verzichten bei Stellen, die: a. maximal auf ein Jahr befristet sind; oder b. durch Mitarbeitende oder Lehrabgängerinnen und Lehrabgänger besetzt werden.
