§ 2 Feststellung der Beschäftigtenzahl, Wählerverzeichnis
(1) Der Wahlvorstand stellt die Zahl der in der Regel Beschäftigten und ihre Verteilung auf die Gruppen fest. Übersteigt diese Zahl 50 nicht, stellt der Wahlvorstand außerdem die Zahl der nach § 14 des Gesetzes Wahlberechtigten fest. (2) Der Wahlvorstand stellt ein nach Gruppen getrenntes Verzeichnis der wahlberechtigten Beschäftigten (Wählerverzeichnis) auf. Innerhalb der Gruppen sind die Anteile der Geschlechter festzustellen. (3) Das Wählerverzeichnis oder eine Abschrift ist unverzüglich nach Einleitung der Wahl bis zum Abschluß der Stimmabgabe an geeigneter Stelle zur Einsicht auszulegen.
