Art. 8 Freie Verfügung über Guthaben
Der Fund kann jede Art von Guthaben, sämtliche Devisen, Barbeträge, Gold und andere bewegliche Werte in Empfang nehmen, verwahren, konvertieren, transferieren und darüber sowohl in der Schweiz als auch in seinen Beziehungen zum Ausland frei verfügen.
