In Anhang XIII des Abkommens wird unter Nummer 66c (Richtlinie 93/65/EWG des Rates) vor den Anpassungen folgender Gedankenstrich angefügt: "- 32000 R 2082: Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2082/2000 der Kommission vom 6. September 2000 (ABl. L 254 vom 9.10.2000, S. 1)."
