§ 1.

Kalapüügitoodete tootmise puhul on majanduslikult olulised liigid kalandusturu korraldamise seaduse § 12 lõike 1 tähenduses: 1) kilu (Sprattus sprattus balticus); 2) räim (Clupea harengus membras); 3) ahven (Perca fluviatilis); 4) latikas (Abramis brahma); 5) koha (Sander lucioperca); 6) särg (Rutilus rutilus); 7) haug (Esox lucius); 8) meritint (Osmerus eperlanus); 9) lest (Platichthys flesus).
