1 Die Spezialfinanzierung wird geäufnet a durch Übernahme des Bestandes der bisherigen Spezialfinanzierung «Anschaffung von Kunstwerken» am 31. Dezember 1995; b über die Erfolgsrechnung3. 2 Der Kapitalbestand ist in der Bilanz3 auszuweisen. Er wird nicht verzinst. 3 Der Kapitalbestand darf am Ende eines Rechnungsjahres höchstens das Fünffache des Durchschnitts der letzten fünf Jahreseinlagen für Ankäufe ausmachen.
