§ 14 Sicherheitsbewertung
Die Hersteller führen vor dem Inverkehrbringen eines Spielzeugs eine Analyse der chemischen, physikalischen, mechanischen und elektrischen Gefahren sowie der Entflammbarkeits-, Hygiene- und Radioaktivitätsgefahren durch, die von dem Spielzeug ausgehen können, sowie eine Bewertung, in welchem Umfang die Benutzer diesen Gefahren ausgesetzt sein würden.
