Bundesgesetz vom 2. Juni 1977 über die Zeichnung von zusätzlichen Kapitalanteilen bei der Asiatischen Entwicklungsbank StF: BGBl. Nr. 321/1977 (NR: GP XIV RV 507 AB 543 S. 58. BR: AB 1673 S. 364.)

§ 1

§ 1. Der Bundespräsident oder ein von ihm hiezu bevollmächtigter Vertreter wird ermächtigt, namens der Republik Österreich bei der Asiatischen Entwicklungsbank 1 687 zusätzliche Kapitalanteile in Höhe von je 10 000 US-Dollar mit dem Gewicht und Feingehalt vom 31. Jänner 1966 zu zeichnen.

§ 2. Mit der Vollziehung dieses Bundesgesetzes ist der Bundesminister für Finanzen betraut.
