§ 46. Tegevusloa peatamine programmi tehnilise edastamise võimatuse tõttu
Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Ameti peadirektor võib tegevusloa omaniku taotluse alusel peatada programmi edastamise tegevusloa kuni üheks kuuks, kui programmi tehnilisel edastamisel on ilmnenud olulisi takistavaid asjaolusid.
