Kundmachung des Bundesministers für Innovation, Mobilität und Infrastruktur über die Änderung des Kostenersatzes gemäß § 40b Abs. 7 KFG 1967 StF: BGBl. II Nr. 56/2025 Gemäß § 40b Abs. 8 KFG 1967, BGBl. Nr. 267/1967, zuletzt geändert durch das Bundesgesetz BGBl. I Nr. 116/2024, wird kundgemacht:

Propose a change

Art. 1

(1) Der Kostenersatz gemäß § 40b Abs. 7 KFG 1967 wird auf Grund der Veränderung des Verbraucherpreisindex von mehr als 5 % mit 65,60 Euro festgesetzt. (2) Diese Änderung des Kostenersatzes wird mit 7. April 2025 wirksam.
