Art. 3 A. Einwohnerregister: Abrufverfahren und regelmässige Bekanntgaben
Das Bevölkerungsamt kann die in § 18 Abs. 1 Gesetz über das Meldewesen und die Einwohnerregister (MERG)1 genann ten Personendaten öffentlich im Abrufverfahren zur Verfügung stellen. Es stellt sicher, dass:2 a. ausschliesslich Einzelabfragen über bestimmte Personen möglich sind; und b. Abfragen gesperrter Personendaten nicht möglich sind.
