Das Bevölkerungsamt kann unter den Voraussetzungen gemäss Art. 5 öffentlichen Organen weitere Personendaten durch Zugriff im Abrufverfahren oder durch regelmässige Be kanntgabe zur Verfügung stellen, soweit gesetzliche Spezialbe stimmungen dazu ermächtigen. Im Gesuch gemäss Art. 5 ist zu sätzlich die ermächtigende Rechtsgrundlage darzulegen.
