§ 30 Leichtmatrose und Leichtmatrosin
Wer ein Unionsbefähigungszeugnis als Leichtmatrose oder Leichtmatrosin erwerben will, muss 1. mindestens 15 Jahre alt sein und 2. Folgendes vorweisen können: a) einen Ausbildungsvertrag im Rahmen eines nach § 55 Absatz 1 Nummer 1 oder 3 oder Absatz 2 zugelassenen Ausbildungsprogramms oder b) einen Arbeitsvertrag im Rahmen eines nach § 55 Absatz 3 zugelassenen Weiterbildungsprogramms für die Betriebsebene.
