§ 32 Bootsleute
Wer ein Unionsbefähigungszeugnis als Bootsmann oder Bootsfrau erwerben will, muss 1. entweder eine Fahrzeit in der Binnenschifffahrt von mindestens 180 Tagen als Matrose oder Matrosin nachweisen 2. oder a) ein nach § 55 Absatz 1 zugelassenes Ausbildungsprogramm für die Betriebsebene oder ein entsprechendes, von einem anderen Mitgliedstaat der Europäischen Union zugelassenes Ausbildungsprogramm erfolgreich abgeschlossen haben und b) eine Fahrzeit von mindestens 270 Tagen als Teil dieses Ausbildungsprogramms nachweisen.
