§ 50 Auffrischungslehrgang für Sachkundige für die Fahrgastschifffahrt
Der Auffrischungslehrgang muss nach § 56 zugelassen sein und aus der Anlage 19 Schwerpunkte zu typischen Gefahrensituationen, insbesondere Panikverhütung und Brandbekämpfung, enthalten und gegebenenfalls Informationen über neue Erkenntnisse zur Fahrgastsicherheit vermitteln. § 49 Absatz 2 bis 5 gilt entsprechend.
