§ 87 Ablaufen und Verlängerung des Unionsbefähigungszeugnisses für Sachkundige für die Fahrgastschifffahrt
(1) Das Unionsbefähigungszeugnis für Sachkundige für die Fahrgastschifffahrt ist fünf Jahre ab Ausstellungsdatum gültig. (2) Auf Antrag wird das Unionsbefähigungszeugnis von einem Wasserstraßen- und Schifffahrtsamt um fünf Jahre ab Antragstellung verlängert. Hierfür müssen die Sachkundigen neben ihrer Identität nachweisen können, dass sie im Rahmen eines nach § 56 zugelassenen Auffrischungslehrgangs eine neue Prüfung nach § 50 Satz 2 mit Erfolg abgelegt haben. Dies gilt auch für bereits einmal oder mehrmals verlängerte Zeugnisse. (3) § 85 Absatz 3 gilt entsprechend.
