Art. 43 Online-Zugangsrecht der registerführenden Stelle und ihrer Informatik-Leistungserbringer
1 Die registerführende Stelle verfügt zum Zweck der Registerführung nach Artikel 3 über ein Online-Zugangsrecht auf alle in VOSTRA gespeicherten Daten (Art. 16–27). 2 Die von der registerführenden Stelle mit Wartungs- und Programmieraufgaben betrauten Informatik-Leistungserbringer können in Daten nach Absatz 1 Einblick nehmen, soweit dies zur Erfüllung ihrer Aufgaben nötig ist.
