Art. 18 Erteilung von Visa für längerfristige Aufenthalte
1) Ein Visum für einen längerfristigen Aufenthalt wird in folgenden Fällen erteilt: a) Wiedereinreise nach Liechtenstein (Rückreisevisum nach Abs. 2); b) Aufenthalt in Liechtenstein nach Art. 9 Abs. 1 und Art. 10 Abs. 1 AuG. 2) Ein Rückreisevisum wird erteilt, wenn der Ausländer die Voraussetzungen für den Aufenthalt in Liechtenstein erfüllt, aber vorläufig noch über keine Aufenthalts-, Daueraufenthalts- oder Niederlassungsbewilligung verfügt.
