Art. 23 Fingerabdrücke
1) Die Fingerabdrücke der Personen, die ein Visum für einen längerfristigen Aufenthalt beantragen, werden nicht abgenommen. 2) In Abweichung von Abs. 1 können die Fingerabdrücke abgenommen werden, um die Identität des Gesuchstellers nach Art. 71 Abs. 1 AuG festzustellen.
