1 Der einmal begründete Wohnsitz einer Person bleibt bestehen bis zum Erwerbe eines neuen Wohnsitzes. 2 Ist ein früher begründeter Wohnsitz nicht nachweisbar oder ist ein im Ausland begründeter Wohnsitz aufgegeben und in der Schweiz kein neuer begründet worden, so gilt der Aufenthaltsort als Wohnsitz.
