1 Privatschulen, welche die gleichen Aufgaben wie die öffentliche Volksschule erfüllen, sind bewilligungspflichtig und unterstehen staatlicher Aufsicht. 2 Der Kanton kann Privatschulen unterstützen, deren Leistungen von öffentlichem Interesse sind.
