Art. 34 Variantenabstimmung
1 Für den Fall einer Volksabstimmung kann der Kantonsrat ausnahmsweise beschliessen: a. der ganzen Vorlage oder einzelnen Bestimmungen eine Variante gegenüberzustellen; b. zusätzlich zur ganzen Vorlage auch über einzelne Bestimmungen abstimmen zu lassen. 2 Findet keine Volksabstimmung statt, so gilt die vom Kantonsrat verabschiedete Hauptvorlage.
