Frais de fonctionnement
Les frais de fonctionnement sont supportés par le ministère ayant la formation professionnelle dans ses attributions. Les membres du comité, ainsi que les experts prévus à l’article 5 de la loi du 19 décembre 2008 portant réforme de la formation professionnelle, ont droit à une indemnité de 43,13 € par séance à laquelle ils ont participé. L’indemnité du secrétaire est fixée à 86,25 € par séance.
