§ 42 Anwendung bisherigen Rechts
(1) Die Approbationsordnung für Ärzte in der Fassung der Bekanntmachung vom 14. Juli 1987 (BGBl. I S. 1593), die zuletzt durch Artikel 8 des Gesetzes vom 27. April 2002 (BGBl. I S. 1467) geändert worden ist, findet, soweit in den nachfolgenden Vorschriften nichts Abweichendes bestimmt ist, Anwendung auf Studierende, die vor dem 1. Oktober 2003 ihr Studium der Medizin bereits aufgenommen haben.
(2) Die Approbationsordnung für Ärzte in der am 31. Oktober 2026 geltenden Fassung findet weiter Anwendung auf Personen, die bis zum Ablauf des 31. Oktober 2026 einen Antrag auf Erteilung einer Approbation als Arzt oder einer Erlaubnis gestellt haben.
