Art. 11
Ist in der Entscheidung die Unterhaltsleistung durch regelmässig wiederkehrende Zahlungen angeordnet, so ist die Vollstreckung sowohl für die bereits fälligen als auch für die künftig fällig werdenden Zahlungen zu bewilligen. Siehe AS 1976 1557 Art. 2 Abs. 3.
